Nicholas Loffredo is a twenty-four year old artist, he recently graduated from the The School of Visual Arts in NYC with a BFA in Photography & Video and received the 2021 Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation Award.

Nicholas Loffredo photographs subjects closest to him, either himself with the use of self portraiture, or his family, friends, lovers, mentors, etc. ; looking into and exploring the perspective of not only ourselves but the many stances one can hold in all of these systems: the family, sexuality, gender, occupation, etc.
