Film is for Friends and Memories

Being introduced to BW Photography and the Darkroom in 2017 while taking a darkroom course, I instantly fell in love with the 35mm camera. Something that can be so durable, yet so accessible. Looking at my film camera, I like to think of the rolls of film almost as a diary, a photographic statement of my encounters with the world and the people around us.

In a world where digital is so demanded and the pressure to constantly produce work at the click of a shutter, the ability to look at the binders of negatives I have accumulated over the years is heart-warming.
